Bhubaneswar, : ‘Sujog’, an open platform of opportunities to take up Social Welfare and Economic Development issues by Professional, Entrepreneurs, Business Managers, Innovators, Social Activist, Change Catalyst and Like-Minded Persons was launched in the premises of Sivananda Centenary School, Bhubaneswar with blessings of Swami Nirliptanand Maharaj from Hrishikesh, Swami Shivchinmayanand, Swami Jagadanand& Puri Gajapati Maharaj. On the eve of Centenary Celebration of the above school ‘Sujog’ along with School Management have initiated a highly admirable program of adoption of poorest of the poor students for conducting their study. While 30 students have been identified for adoption, 4 students one from Malkangiri, another from Kandhamal and two others from Sundargarh and Ganjam each who are working part time as daily wage earner for their study, immediately received financial assistance. The assistance was arranged by Shree Tapan Kumar Chand who has always been helpful to the poor and downtrodden. Such initiative has received appreciation from different quarters of the society.

Some social organisations like MOTHER headed by Pramod Kumar Das organised a Covid Assistance Camp for blind and orphans, CSR wing of the Rotary Club under the leadership of Rotarian Jayashree organised painting of Wall of Wisdom and a Webinar on National Epilepsy Day, Achyutant Trust of Ms Dasmohapatra distributed food, water, blanket, sanitizer and soap etc in tribal basti near Uttara, Wallet for Wealth a financial consultant with strong mindset for social welfare with its MD TrinathLenkaoffered a free Webinar on Personal Investment and Income Tax Planning. Social Volunteers from Gop Block distributed blankets, masks, sanitizers, soaps etc to 500 old and helpless villagers. Confluence of NGOs, Entrepreneurs, Corporate Personalities and Consultant etc on the occasion of launching of ‘Sujog’ has made the platform quite unique in initiating Socio-Economic Upliftment for Growth and Justice.ChandrajeetPati Senior Vice President Reliance, H.
